SUMMARY

Autosomal dominant disorders:
1. MEN1: tumors of the parathyroid, pituitary, or the pancreatic islet cells (think "PPP").

2. MEN2A: medullary thyroid cancer, pheochromocytoma, parathyroid hyperplasia.

3. MEN2B: medullary thyroid carcinoma, pheochromocytoma, mucosal neuromas.
