SUMMARY
1. Correct treatable problems such as hyponatremia, surgical issues (delayed haemorrhage, hydrocephalus, etc.).
2. Symptomatic therapy: simple analgesia for headaches, antiemetics, maintain adequate hydration and diet, fatigue management, temporarily ceasing driving (get assistance from family and friends or use public transport).
3. Pregabalin for symptom control.
4. Neuropsychological assessment and management.
5. Temporary leave from work or reducing work-hours.
6. Assistance from family/friends for ADLs and delegation of important duties (such as finances) to carers/family.
