1. Improvements in aggressive episodes in several case series/reports.
2. Levels must be monitored.
3. SE at high levels: movement disorders, seizures, hypothyroidism, bradycardia, vomiting.
4. Indicated in TBI patients with mania and cyclic mood disorders.
