EFFECTIVE
1. Recombinant human Growth Hormone (rhGH) is superior to placebo at improving processing speed, executive function and learning in patients post TBI (level 1b).

INEFFECTIVE
1. The effectiveness of methylphenidate to improve cognitive impairment following brain injury is unclear.
2. Dextroamphetamine, sertraline, bromocriptine & amantadine are not effective.
