SUMMARY
EFFECTIVE
1. Recombinant human Growth Hormone (rhGH) is superior to placebo at improving processing speed, executive function and learning in patients post TBI (level 1b).
INEFFECTIVE
1. No pharmacological agents have been shown to be effective in improving executive function.
2. Dextroamphetamine & Rivastigmine have been trialed but are not effective.
