1. Simple pronation/supination about an immobile ulna are rare and unnatural; almost always accompanied by synergistic movements of the shoulder & elbow.

3. Assisted by: FCR, palmaris longus, brachioradialis

SUPINATION
4. Principal movers: supinator, biceps
5. Assisted by: EPL, ECRL
