1. Flexion, extension, lateral flexion: possible in the C/T/L spines
2. Rotation: possible in T-spine, atlanto-axial joint
3. Head nodding: possible in the atlanto-occipital joint
4. Head rotation: possible in the atlanto-axial joint
5. Practically no rotation is possible in the L-spine
