SUMMARY

1. Up to 50% incidence in a symptomatic patients.

2. Often related to short dysfunction & resolves with short revision.

3. Signs: progressive scoliosis, worsening renal functions, pain, change in neurology.

4. Management: check shunt, cord detethering, fenestration, shunting.
