SUMMARY

1. Bulk of patients who present to clinic will have myelomeningecele diagnosed at birth, skin lesions/scars visible, typically have mobility, bowel, bladder issues and hychrocephalus.

2. Often late diagnosis, may have a cutaneous lesion or scar.
