SPINA BIFIDA-L4 TO L5 LESIONS

SUMMARY
1. Hip flexion and knee flexion contractures common but hip dislocation rare (as flexors are stronger than extensors).
2. May have foot deformity due to unopposed tibialis anterior action.
3. May require GRAFO, walking aids & WC.
