SUMMARY
1. On average, muscle stretch reflexes return after 2-3 weeks, although bladder reflex may not return up to 3 months or later after injury.
2. End of spinal shock: initial reflex activity with return of the delayed plantar response, bulbocavernosus reflex & anal wink.
