SUMMARY
1. L4 + 5 + S1 - superior gluteal nerve (supplies gluteus medius, minimus & tensor fascia latae, does not supply skin).
2. L5 + S1 + 2 - inferior gluteal nerve (supplies gluteus maximus).
3. L4 + 5 + S1 + 2 - COMMON PERONEAL PART OF THE SCIATIC NERVE.
