1. O: long head - infraglenoid tubercle of scapula. Lateral head - upper half of posterior surface of humerus. Medial head - distal 2/3 of medial, posterior surfaces of the humerus & bilateral intermuscular septae.

3. NS: radial n.
4. A: extends elbow.
