SUMMARY
1. Due to combination of nociceptive somatic, central, neuropathic, dystonia related, and visceral pain.
2. Central pain may improve with dopaminergic therapy.
3. Management similar to other chronic pain conditions.
4. More invasive therapy like DBS or spinal cord stimulation may have a role, however the evidence if inconclusive.
