4. Long term goal: should be to increase ROM and function whilst improving self-efficacy and quality of life.

5. Ensure that your goals align with the PT.

6. TENS can be trialled for various neuropathic & radicular pain.

7. Regularly review progress, question about the types of therapy and exercises they are doing.
