SUMMARY
1. Reposition: Trendelenburg/recliner WC or tilt-table.
2. Elastic stocking/abdominal binder.
3. Fluid resuscitation: increase fluid intake.
4. Pharmacologic agents: midodrine (alpha-1-adrenergic agonist), fludrocortisone (mineralocorticoid), salt tablets.
