PROS
1. Suitable in spasticity or high tone
2. Good ankle stability
3. Cheap, light-weight, off-the shelf
4. Can prevent hyper-extension of the knee by providing some ankle dorsiflexion

CONS
1. Lack of ankle ROM makes it difficult to navigate uneven terrain
2. Bulky, difficult to don/doff
3. Difficult to fit into the shoe
4. Requires a rocker sole for the shoe
