CRANIAL NERVES
1. Anosmia: Vit B12 deficiency
2. Optic atrophy: inherited neuropathies (leukodystrophies), Vit B12 deficiency
3. Anisocoria: parasympathetic dysfunction in GBS, DM
4. Opthalmoplegia: Miller-Fisher syndrome, DM
5. Facial weakness: GBS, sarcoidosis, Lyme disease
6. Trigeminal sensory loss: Sjogren's syndrome

MOTOR EXAM
7. Wasting of the small muscles of the hand or feet
8. Fasciculations
9. Hypotonia & weakness
