PRIMARY
1. Lymphoedema assoc. with syndromes: GJC 2, GATA 2, KIF 11 gene abnormalities
2. Congenital abnormalities: lymphatic dysplasia, Milroy's disease, multi-segment/unisegment disease
3. Other assoc. abnormalities: klippel-Trenauney, Parks-Weber, Proteus
4. Lymphoedema-distichiasis: combination of lymphoedema & double eye lashes
