HYPOGLYCAEMIA-CLINICAL
SUMMARY
1. Symptoms are autonomic (palpitations, tremor, sweating, paresthesias) and
2. neuroglycopenic due to CNS glucose deprivation (confusion, impaired consciousness, seizures).
3. Usually, autonomic symptoms happen first.
4. Signs of hypoglycemia are non-specific (pallor, sweating, anxiety).
