SUMMARY
1. Anterior bundle (portion): from inferior medial epicondyle to sublime tubercle of the medial coronoid process
2. Posterior bundle (portion): from the sublime tubercle to medial olecranon
3. Transverse/oblique bundle (Cooper's ligament): runs between the inferior fibers of the anterior & posterior bands (i.e. medial epicondyle to medial olecranon)
