DESTRUCTIVE LESIONS (DOMINANT)
1. Broca's aphasia: expressive aphasia
2. Problems with repetition: lesions of the arcuate fasciculus
3. Destruction of frontal eye field: impaired gaze to the contralateral side
4. Hemiparesis/hemiplegia

DESTRUCTIVE LESIONS (BILATERAL)
1. Intellectual impairment
2. Personality change
3. Disinhibition
4. Apathy
5. Abulia (loss of drive)
6. Urinary incontinence
7. Foster-Kennedy syndrome (olfactory groove region involvement): anosmia, ipsilateral optic atrophy & contralateral papilloedema
8. Hemiparesis/hemiplegia
