SUMMARY

Gerstmann's syndrome:
1. Agraphia (without alexia)
2. Acalculia
3. Right-left disorientation
4. Finger agnosia

Note: Most patients with the disorder, however, demonstrate additional neuropsychologic deficits, including constructional apraxia & mild aphasia.
