6. CSDH (especially in alcoholics, in patients on anticoagulants, and in elderly patients with a history of falls)
7. NPH
8. Tumors, especially involving the frontal lobes
9. Infection and inflammation: AIDS, neurosyphilis, neurosarcoidosis, chronic meningitis, lupus cerebritis, vasculitis
