CLINICAL-CHARACTERISTICS OF SUPRANUCLEAR PALSY

SUMMARY

1. Different from cranial nerve lesions.

2. Loss of vertical and/or horizontal gaze.

3. Both eyes are affected.

4. There is no diplopia.

5. Pupils are fixed and unequal.

6. Reflex actions (during flexion/extension of the neck) are intact.
