 1. Left main coronary divides into left anterior descending (LAD) and circumflex arteries 


- LAD: supplies anterior-lateral myocardium, apex, anterior 2/3 of interventricular septum (supplies anterior wall)
- Circumflex: supplies lateral, posterior-lateral wall of left ventricle (supplies posterior wall)

2. Right coronary artery supplies inferior walls of left and right ventricles
