SUMMARY

1. Includes CT angiogram, coronary artery calcium scoring, assessment of ventricular structure and function. High negative-predictive value.2. Requires IV contrast and HR must be < 60/min and regular.
3. Indications: intermediate risk of CAD, congenital coronary abnormalities.

VARIATIONS
4. Coronary artery calcium scoring: doesn't require contrast, score > 400 indicates 3x risk for CAD.

5. Non-contrast CT to assess pericardial thickening.
