SUMMARY
1. Causes: radiculopathy, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).
2. Pharmacological therapy: membrane-stabilizing agents (Gabapentin, Pregabalin), antidepressants (TCA), anticonvulsants (sodium valproate).
3. Non-pharmacological therapy: heat therapy, compression/massage.
