2. Low Bladder Compliance/Capacity: oral anticholinergics, bladder augmentation, ileal conduit.

3. Bladder Neck/Sphincter Insufficiency: alpha-agonists (e.g. Midodrine), artificial sphincter.

4. Bladder Neck/Sphincter Obstruction: alpha-antagonists (e.g. Prazosin, Dutasteride/Tamsulosin), relaxants (Baclofen, Diazepam, Botox), sphincterotomy.
