SUMMARY

1. Anticholinergic meds: relax detrusor and suppress uninhibited bladder contractions, thereby preventing long-term complication of vesicoureteric reflux.

2. Intermittent catheterization.

3. Botulinum toxin to detrusor wall.

4. Alpha-blockers: open bladder neck.

5. Sphincterotomy.
