ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME-MANAGEMENT (F. REVASCULARIZATION)
SUMMARY
CABG INDICATIONS
1. Left main, left main-equivalent (2-vessel disease with 1 vessel being proximal LAD) or 3-major CAD.
2. Multi-vessel CAD or proximal LAD disease with LV dysfunction and viable myocardium.
3. Complex 3-vessel CAD.
4. Multi-vessel CAD with DM.
PCI INDICATIONS
1. Indicated in significant stenosis (> 50%) in one or more arteries where the anatomy is favourable.
