SUMMARY

1. A person is not fit to hold an unconditional licence if they have a diagnosis of dementia.

2. A conditional licence may be considered subject to annual review if visuospatial perception, insight, judgement, attention, comprehension, reaction time or memory are not significantly impaired & satisfactory results of a practical driver assessment (if required).
