SUMMARY
1. SSRI: Sertraline was shown in 3 studies to reduce irritability & aggressive behaviour but had no effect in another study.
2. TCA: Amitriptyline and desipramine have been shown to reduce agitation and aggressive behaviour possibly due to sedative effects.
