SUMMARY

NON-PHARMACOLOGIC MANAGEMENT
1. CRPS: stretching exercises, stellate-ganglion block, intra-articular injection.
2. Inferior subluxation: FES, sling when upright.
3. Rotator cuff tear: PT/ROM exercises, steroid injection, surgical repair.
4. Impingement: PT/ROM exercises, scapular mobilization, subacromial injection.
5. Adhesive capsulitis: arthrogram (diagnostic and therapeutic), ROM exercises.
6. Bicipital tendonitis: tendon sheath injection.
