SUMMARY

1. CRPS: triple-phase bone scan, stellate ganglion block.

2. Inferior subluxation: X-ray.

3. Rotator cuff tear: ultrasound of shoulder or MRI.

4. Impingement: ultrasound of shoulder or MRI, subacromial injection.

5. Adhesive capsulitis: ultrasound, arthrogram.

6. Bicipital tendonitis: ultrasound.
