SUMMARY

1. Kyphoscoliosis is very common: may need TLSO brace or surgery. This is uncommon if lesion is below L2 level.

2. Patients usually unable to walk.

3. Dynamic standers and reciprocating gait ortloses/HKAFOs may have use, but rarely used beyond early childhood.
