SUMMARY
1. Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(s) causing severe pain and unresponsive to conservative therapy.
2. Painful vertebral compression fractures(s) caused by metastases or multiple myeloma, may or may not be receiving adjuvant radiation, surgical therapy or chemotherapy.
