SUMMARY

1. Initially, post-SCI, the majority of people have musculoskeletal pain.

2. Percentage of people with pain at 5 yrs reporting pain at 6 months: at-level 60%, below-level 44%.

3. Visceral pain increases at 5 yrs. This is related to neurogenic bladder & bowels.
