1. Multidisciplinary team approach & referrals: PT/OT, psychologist, exercise physiologist

2. Weight reduction, core muscle strength training

3. Hydrotherapy

4. Modifications to work-place and work ergonomics: such as refraining from lifting heavy objects, adopting more ergonomic posture, taking regular breaks

5. Physiotherapy and stretching exercises
