SUMMARY

GARDEN CLASSIFICATION
1. Stage I: Incomplete, nondisplaced with occasional valgus angulation.
2. Stage II: Complete, nondisplaced, occasionally unstable.
3. Stage III: Displaced with the hip joint capsule partially intact.
4. Stage IV: Displaced with the hip joint capsule completely disrupted.
