SUMMARY

POWER
Description: the wrist is held in dorsiflexion with the fingers wrapped around an object held in the palm. Types:
1. Cylindrical
2. Spherical
3. Hook

PRECISION

Description: the thumb is held against the tip of the index and middle finger. Types:
1. Oppositional pinch (three-jaw chuck):

2. Precision pinch: when holding a pen/pencil
3. Lateral key pinch: when holding a key
