SUMMARY

1. Medial whip: excessive external rotation of the knee, excessive varus in prosthetic knee, tight-fitting prosthesis, improper donning of the prosthesis.

2. Lateral whip: excessive internal rotation of the knee, excessive valgus in prosthetic knee, tight-fitting prosthesis, improper donning of the prosthesis.
