Depends on the severity and system involved:
1. Poor respiratory support: specific respiratory exercise, binders, abdominal paddles, biofeedback tools
2. Velopharyngeal dysfunction: nasal obturator and palatal lift prosthesis
3. Hypokinetic (PD): Lee Silverman Voice treatment program
4. Hypokinetic & cognitive impairment: Speech Vive (wearable speech device)
5. Degenerative condition (ALS): Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
