SUMMARY

A conditional license may be considered subject to at least annual review and the following criteria:
1. The person has been treated for at least 6 months
2. There have been no seizures in the preceding 6 months
3. If any seizures occurred after the start of treatment, they happened only in the first 6 months after starting treatment and not in the last 6 months
4. The patient is compliant with medical therapy
