3. Was the patient admitted?
4. What were the patient's saturations?
5. Vaccinations: number, brand, was the patient vaccinated prior to the recent COVID infection?
6. Background history: cardiorespiratory issues, DM, obesity, immunosuppressants, depression, psychological stressors in the home or work

SYMPTOMS
7. Common symptoms: fatigue (13-87%), dyspnoea (10-71%), chest pain (12-44%), cough (17-34%)
8. Psychological symptoms: depression, anxiety, PTSD
9. Cognitive symptoms: poor memory, attention
10. Uncommon: anosmia, arthralgia, myalgia, headache, rhinitis, poor appetite, dizziness, insomnia, alopecia, sweating, diarrhoea
11. Associated symptoms: depression, insomnia

MEDICATIONS
