SUMMARY

1. Prognosis: may last weeks to months.

2. Explore other causes of cognitive issues: fatigue, mood disorders, cerebral complications of COVID.

3. Will require cognitive screen.

MANAGEMENT
4. Planning: minimize distractions, have a schedule.

5. Prioritize: set reasonable targets/goals.

6. Pacing: do one thing at a time, have frequent breaks.

7. Using external aids (diaries, calenders, PDAs) & doing brain exercises (puzzles, word games, etc.)
