SUMMARY

1. Bone resorption inhibitors, (IV biphosphonates or denosumab), radiation, chemotherapy, immobilization, splinting, bracing, and/or surgical intervention.

2. Surgery for pain management, unstable fractures.

3. Immobilization: relieves pain and assists with prevention of pathological fractures.
