This UMN (but infrapontine) problem causes storage & voiding problems:
1. Low compliance
2. Low capacity
3. Detrusor overactivity
4. Impaired sensation
5. Detrusor sphincter dyssynergia (DSD)
6. Associated AD with bladder filling
