SUMMARY

SOMATIC/NOCICEPTIVE PAIN
1. Vascular: claudication, DVT.
2. Infective: wound infection, dehiscence, abscess/collection formation.
3. Musculoskeletal: ligament, muscle, contractures, HO.

NEUROPATHIC PAIN
4. Neuroma, neuritis.
5. CRPS.
6. Post-amputation neuralgia.

OTHERS
7. Referred pain.
8. Phantom limb sensation (not a differential, but related).
9. Phantom limb pain (not a differential, but related).
