SUMMARY

1. Socket: total contact, selective loading (patellar tendon weight-bearing, ischeal-containment socket).

2. Suspension: supra-patellar strap, supracondyllar suspension, vacuum suspension, pin-lock suspension.

3. Liner: PLite, gel (silicone), polyurethane.

4. Knee joint: for TFA & knee-disarticulation prosthesis, no knee joint for TTA.

5. Shank (endoskeleton): modular components made of aluminium, steel, titanium.

6. Ankle: fixed, single axis, multi-axial.

7. Foot: SACH, carbon-fibre.
